Good Vegan resources on recipes and eating out?

I’m after some good resources for leading a vegan lifestyle…sadly this section on yahoo answers seems to be the best thing. There really isn’t much out there.

I’m after:
Recipe sites.
Lists of replaces of meat/eggs/milk.
Eating out guides (since no employees ever know).
etc.
