Helen asks…Good recipe for tomato (spaghetti) sauce using oregano?My late aunt made the best spaghetti sauce and she told me the secret was oregano. I know she used fresh tomatoes and added her own spices. It was thick and rich and delicious, no jarred sauce even came close to it She was of Italian descent and it may have been a family recipe.
