1 yogurt with homemade granola
Snack: 2 mangoes
Lunch:
BIG chicken salad with Thai dressing
I yogurt with granola
1 pear
1 Luna bar
1 glass of skim milk
2 slices rye bread and homemade jam
Snack;
1 luna bar
one cinnoman bagel and butter
Dinner
1 slice grilled chicken or meat
salad
basmati rice and soya sauce
penne pasta with tomato sauce
