Good pregnancy workout I can do at home?
I’m 5 months along, have a low risk pregnancy, and was cleared by my doctor to go ahead with exercise. I want to do something that I can do at home; I work full time and also don’t have enough money to pay a monthly bill for a gym (trying to save as much as I can for my baby!) Any women who worked out during their pregnancy, please give me some advice on what is the best type of exercise I can do during my pregnancy.
